In a notice published by the exporters’ associations, it was announced that the Ministry of Trade had issued a comparison table setting out the amendments made to the Circular on Fair (Exhibition) Supports within the scope of Export Support Decision No. 5973. This time, pursuant to the instruction dated 05.04.2024 received from the Ministry of Trade regarding deficiency notifications following the said amendment, it has been reported that a change has taken place in the deficiency notifications sent to your company via the Support Management System (DYS) within the scope of your fair support applications.

Following the relevant amendment, you must now complete the deficiencies reported to your company via DYS within the given period in accordance with all the necessary conditions set out in the relevant support legislation, revise them through DYS, and return them via DYS in a single submission.

It has been emphasized that if, after the re-examination of your revised application submitted within the period for completing the missing documents, it is determined that information and documents are still missing from your file, no new or additional period will be granted to your company.

It has been stated that even if your 2 (two) month period is still ongoing, it will not be possible for a further notification to be sent to your company via DYS, and your application will be concluded negatively on the basis of the existing information and documents.

This change is of considerable importance in order to ensure that the DYS-related processes of all our companies are not disrupted.
